I am involved in a Halloween swap this year. I signed up for two stamp sets, Autumn Harvest and Pumpkin Patch. Pumpkin Patch is in the Holiday Mini. It is an adorable stamp set. I have lots of ideas for it. It will be used in my Halloween Stamp Camp. Stay tuned for more details. Here are the swaps.

I have been working my own scrapbook pages and here is a layout I did on Easter. Easter layouts seem to be neverending! I took a lot of pics and wanted to scrap them all. LOL.
I used the stamp sets A Good Friend, Varsity Letters and Egg Hunt. The DSP used is Kaledoscope. I made the grass with my snips. Pretty easy layout and I am very glad to be done with Easter. LOL!!!!!

TGIF! Here is a little something to make your Friday a little cheerier :) This past weekend I held a Kid's Scrapbook Class. The little girls made 5 two page layouts using a Simply Scrappin’ Kit of their choice. As a little thank you, I made these adorable purse post it note holders. I saw these at another demo’s house (my upline Barbara) last Friday night and had to make them.

I wish I could take full credit, but I cannot J Mary Fish, an extremely talented demonstrator, came up with this card, except she used a different stamp set. She used Serene Snowflake. I am in a Christmas swap using Punch Pals, so I decided to switch out the stamp set and use this as my swap. What do you think?

at least in my stampin' room! :) Sept. 1st is next week and that is the start of the holiday season for me. Not only do I start my Christmas shopping, but I need to plan my holiday classes, so I can help you prepare yourselves for this crazy time of year.
At convention, we had a few make & takes to do. There were some cards, holiday tags and 3-D projects. We also received 4 stamp sets and a wheel for attending the convention. Two of the sets were Christmas sets. Below is a very simple card we made using the sets Tree Trimmings and Sweet Season.
Take a piece of 4.25 x 11 Kraft cardstock and fold in half with your bone folder.
On a piece of Vanilla cardstock and stamp the Christmas ornaments in Old Olive and Real Red. Cut the images out with your Paper Snips. Take a image of the string (ornament hook) and stamp two of those little more than halfway up the card in Chocolate Chip ink. Using your SNAIL, adhere the ornaments to card. Ink up the saying from the Sweet Season stamp set in Chocolate Chip and stamp that in the bottom left hand corner of the card. Finally, take a piece of ¾” Polka Dotted grosgrain ribbon and tied it around the top of the card overlapping the Christmas hooks. All done!

These are just adorable! I swear at least once a week I find one more project that can be created with a Big Shot. In my opinion, this is a MUST have tool.

Another week down. Hope you had a good one. I was able to get out last night and scrap with a good friend of mine. As soon as I put the finishing touches on the layouts, I will be posting them over the course of the next week.
The other night I had to make a few thank you cards. The card I designed is based on a card I saw at Convention. I changed it around a bit and made it my own. Take a peek.

This card uses the set Just Jawing and the new Soft Suede paper and ribbon. This makes a great set for Halloween or for any tween or teen.
Isn't this a great layout. Perfect for those summer pics of you and your family around the fire making s'mores. The set used here is Under the Stars.
One last swap for today... this card was made using the set Pun Fun. Pun Fun is one of those sets that has an image and greeting for all occasions. It is one of my personal favorites.
